Fluor Standards and Procedures Lead (FFS) in United States
This position will provide support for any role in Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, Engineering Subcontractors, internal taskforce members and field personnel. This position is expected to supervise intermediate level full work processes and will work with the process throughout with a team or independently and learn high level processes on a smaller to larger project to work within a team or independently. This position could step in for an absent lead on a smaller project. With this experience level the individual would be able to give input to local office processes.
Maintains and oversees compliance with Standards and Procedures process requirements;
Assists functions in the initial creation of guidance documents. This may include:
a. Provides training to functional areas on the Standards and Procedures process requirements
b. Consultation with functional area to discuss planned guidance document(s) creation
c. Technical editing (that is, grammar and format)
d. Participation in functional team editing sessions
Facilitates guidance document review and approval process, ensuring cross-functional and organizational participation, as applicable;
Maintains and provides training to customers on database and systems utilized for publication and storage of guidance documentation files
Maintains, creates, and publishes Standards and Procedures status update reports, as applicable;
Provides assistance to projects and other organizational segments, as requested;
Continuously assesses Standards and Procedures processes, systems, and databases for implementation of potential changes and improvements that will decrease cost, improve efficiency, and/or increase customer satisfaction;
Other related duties/functions and initiatives may be assigned.
