Job Description:

Provides functional coordination and support to the Work Control function. Coordinates coordinates the receipt of service orders and assignment of work orders as necessary to ensure timely completion of requested maintenance, service and repairs using the MAXIMO system.

Coordinates assignment of work orders to maintenance/repair personnel, tracks work order completion, updates service order status and communicates status / schedule updates.

Performs the duties of junior positions as needed.

May provide task-level guidance and direction to less experienced personnel. Assists in tracking maintenance cycles, equipment utilization and coordinates inventory of spare parts and materials as assigned.

May assist in training personnel and leading work teams as assigned.

Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).

Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
