Job Description:

Coordinates Quality functional operations within assigned area of responsibility. May include

implementation and maintenance of a multi-discipline Quality program. Assists management and senior

personnel in interpreting multi-discipline engineering and quality requirements; provides technical

guidance for inspection, testing, and quality services activities. Performs documentation review,

operational assessment, inspection, testing and other activities as necessary to ensure full compliance

with all elements of the Quality program. Communicates findings and recommendations to management.

May provide guidance to Quality Personnel who perform audit, inspection, surveillance and/or testing

activities in accordance with the project quality program. Provides training to site personnel regarding the

implementation of the construction quality control program. Performs quality inspections and testing

concerning work assignments, facilities, and tasks of various departments on a site. Coordinates and

monitors the application of the quality initiative to ensure that quality inspection and testing commitments

are met. Performs assigned administrative, technical or other job functions as required for the proper

control of quality programs

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with

the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
