Fluor Mechanical Engineering Lead (Fire Suppression) in Afghanistan
Have a working knowledge of UFC, NFPA, NEC and IBC codes in order to identify deficiencies and provide direction. Must have experience in inspecting, testing / troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and commissioning fire alarm systems. Working knowledge of alarm panels, devices, sprinkler controls, alarm panels, devices and critical components.. Ability to communicate with Management/Supervisors and/or other departments on inspection or project delays, requirements and status of progress.
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
