Fluor Employee Relations Representative III in Afghanistan
Provides Employee Relations support services within assigned area of responsibility (AOR). Consults with functional management and site leadership regarding active and potential ER issues within supported operations. Leads assigned aspects of ER functional services and departmental operations. Receives employee inquiries, work-related problems and potential concerns; communicates with employees to confirm, review and follow-up as needed. Conducts investigations and documents / reports findings. Review issues and findings with HR and functional management to identify appropriate action. Coordinates employee communications as assigned. Explains HR policies, Company decisions, compensation / benefits programs and related items to employees in individual or group settings. Evaluates proposed Company initiatives and management decisions for potential impact on employee outcomes; advises management of potential issues or concerns. Supports company compliance programs as assigned. Communicates and controls critical, sensitive program information using both written and verbal methods; delivers effective presentations to groups of various sizes. Travels within theater via Fluor-approved method of movement, which may include armored vehicles, convoys or fixed/rotary wing aircraft.
