Fluor Fuel Distribution Technician in Shariki, Japan
Supervises employees, as necessary. Responsible for the logistical functions of aviation, diesel, and fuels. Responsible for maintenance of fuel equipment at both bulk and retail fuel operations. Ensures that usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained. Completes and verifies forms and submits daily situation reports. Maintains fuel documents and archives files for future reference and internal and client audits. Maintains a training program for fuels personnel. Responsible for evaluating employee and subcontractor performance, and recommends corrective measures. Conducts daily safety briefings as required and ensures HSE standards are observed. Demonstrate proficiency in effective interpersonal & communication skills.
May supervise a team of employees, subcontractor and/or labor broker personnel, in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
