Reporting to the Sr Manager, HR Systems, this position will be part of the Human Resources Systems team that is responsible for supporting and executing HR system strategy and various business objectives. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS applications and modules.

This position will generally support the HR Talent Acquisition team and interact with all levels and groups within the organization. Specifically, this position will serve as the primary subject matter expert responsible for the system administration of the company’s recruiting and onboarding systems, which are currently the recruiting and onboarding modules in Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite. A project is underway to migrate the recruiting and onboarding processes into the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding and Eightfold Talent Acquisition modules. This position will support the design, implementation, and administration of the new functionality in SuccessFactors and Eightfold.

**This is not a recruiting role, the focus is on HRIS.
