DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE
• Verzorgt de vertaalslag van ontwerp naar uitvoeren.
• Bepalen en uitwerken van de meest effectieve en efficiënte werkmethoden.
RESULTAATGEBIEDEN
• Zorgt voor de voorbereiding (en begeleiding) van een project of projectonderdeel, en bij het bepalen van de meest efficiënte werkmethoden. Werkt deze uit. Houdt zich hierbij aan de gestelde eisen van het contract en het managementsysteem van een project.
• Zorgt voor de beoordeling van vraagspecificaties en tekeningen op correctheid en uitvoerbaarheid, adviseert over mogelijke werkmethoden om te komen tot optimaal werkproces.
• Houdt zich actief betrokken bij veiligheids-, en milieunormen en past deze toe in de gekozen werkmethoden.
• Draagt zorg voor veilige uitvoerbaarheid van de activiteiten, met oog voor de arbeidsomstandigheden, zodat een project op een veilige manier kan worden gerealiseerd binnen de gevraagde kwaliteit en met zo min mogelijk belasting voor het milieu.
• Monitort en werkt projectspecifieke (deel)planningen uit. Zorgt voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materieel, materiaal, goederen en diensten.
• Stuurt op afwijkingen op de planning.
• Adviseert over de mogelijke risico’s en kansen.
• Onderhoudt contact met onderaannemers en leveranciers, vraagt offertes aan, en beoordeelt deze. Werkt hierin nauw samen met inkoop. Roept, in overleg met de uitvoerder, materialen af. Houdt hierbij rekening met de eisen van een opdrachtgever, de specificaties vanuit het ontwerp en de te volgen werkmethode.
• Bewaakt het contract, stelt de werkbegroting en de termijnstaat op, signaleert en registreert afwijkingen en wijzigingen en bewaakt de cost drivers.
• Assisteert de Projectleider bij de afhandeling van VTW’s.
• Ondersteunt de Projectleider bij het opstellen van voortgangsrapportages van een (deel)project.

Functieomschrijving:
Deze functie houdt zich hoofdzakelijk bezig met het alledaagse risico management binnen onze projecten. Deze functie zal ervoor zorgdragen dat het risico managementproces wordt uitgedragen en volgens plan wordt uitgevoerd. Door middel van een proactieve houding en een gestructureerde werkwijze draag je zorg dat het risicoprofiel doorlopend wordt geanalyseerd, actueel is en dat mitigerende beheersmaatregelen tijdig en aantoonbaar worden doorgevoerd door de actiehouders. De actuele status van het risicoprofiel wordt zowel intern als extern op periodieke basis gerapporteerd, waarbij de risicomanager input levert.

Doel van de functie:
De Assetmanager is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van het in opdracht verkregen project gedurende de gehele looptijd van het project. Het zorg dragen voor effectieve en efficiënt beheer en onderhoud van alle noodzakelijke civiele, TTI en wegenbouwkundige activiteiten.
Taken
• Leidinggeven aan integraal assetmanagement team van civiel, TTI en GWW
• Ondersteunt de Ontwerpmanager en Uitvoeringsmanager om te komen tot een optimaal geïntegreerd onderhoudbaar ontwerp en realisatie
• Ondersteunt en adviseert Managers bij het ontwikkelen van beleid en strategie
• Organiseert, integreert en stuurt activiteiten aan die bijdragen aan een goede procesgang met een passende inhoud.
• Bewaken van activiteiten in kosten, tijd, kwaliteit en veiligheid
• Begeleiding en coaching van managers
• Bewaakt of alle werkzaamheden verlopen volgens de vastgestelde en/of wettelijke kwaliteitseisen
• Controleert en rapporteert de voortgang van de activiteiten.
• Stelt samen met de managers afdelingsbudgetten op

Verantwoordelijkheden
• Is eindverantwoordelijk voor het Asset management van het project binnen tijd, budget en overeengekomen kwaliteit.
• Is eindverantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de proceseigenaren teneinde zorg te dragen voor de opzet en implementatie van relevante ISO-15288 (realisatie) processen.
• Is eindverantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de proceseigenaren teneinde zorg te dragen voor de opzet en implementatie van het ISO-55000 (realisatie) AM framework.
• Is verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, het toepassen, de controle en het handhaven van de vastgestelde processen.
• Is als MT lid medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de geformuleerde KPI’s.
• Is als MT lid medeverantwoordelijk voor de totale aansturing van het project en de aansturing van het asset management en de ondersteuning.
• Is mede verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, verankeren en handhaven van efficiënte en effectieve integrale werkprocessen.

Key Responsibilities

o The complete cycle of writing/reviewing electrical-systems specifications in accordance with client requirements and authority regulations, supplier selection, purchasing, supplier drawing review, Factory Acceptance Tests, coordinate field implementation including Site Acceptance Test, commissioning and turn-over. This for all system hardware required.
Proven Experience
• Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant working experience with an engineering contractor or production company in the process industry
• Understanding of electrical engineering / power systems for both high and low voltage
• Knowledge of electrical network programs like VISION, ETAP is preferred
• Willing to build field experiences for all electrical equipment
