Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to Contract Management activities on large-scale projects; duties may include

assisting multiple Contract Administrators and Contract Managers with the preparation and

execution of pre-award and post-award activity

• Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be

required to meet corporate and Contract Management requirements

• Prepare and maintain all electronic and hard copy files in accordance with Fluor’s Practices

required to meet corporate and Contract Management requirements

• Set up project files in accordance with Fluor practices

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of Request for Proposals and Contracts

• Reconcile Commitments between Fluor’s Contract Management System (CMSism), or similar

system and SAP; ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, or global equivalent, and other

governmental requirements

• Audit invoices for mathematical errors, rate overages, and accurate time sheet charges

• Establish and maintain communications with client representatives and project staff through

meetings, telephone and web conferences, and reports to provide for client satisfaction

• Participate in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors; support Contracts Administrators

in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors; issue a pre-qualification questionnaire to

bidders/contractors, collect and consolidate the data

• Perform contract document distribution and control for reviews and approvals

• Apply thorough knowledge of Fluor Reference Systems

• Apply knowledge of the Fluor Office/Department structure

• Provide coaching and supervision to Contract Technicians

• Demonstrate leadership skills and positive attitude

• Arrange and schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes for project distribution

• Prepare, organize, and process monthly reports

• Perform document distribution and control over key contract documents

• Perform Contract Close Out with the assistance of project team and Contract Administrators

• Retain required contract documents for records retention; complete documented retention

requirements

• Establish correspondence log, support Contracts Administrator by assigning letter/numbers,

maintaining correspondence file, and tracking all subcontractor correspondence via

correspondence log

• Establish routing log for the project, track contracts documents routing

• Draft Contract Documents Transmittal Letters

• Prepare project specific contract documents for special projects or presentations

• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed

• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job

• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality

• Other duties as assigned
