Fluor Senior Administrative Assistant in Las Cruces, New Mexico

Job Description:

* Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI polygraph *

The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of consistently providing top-quality, non-technical administrative support and to maintain high standards of excellence, while ensuring solid customer relationships.

This position will perform executive support functions primarily for the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Site Manager. This individual will also serve as the administrative focal point for a multi-person Program Management Office.

Perform confidential and proprietary administrative functions

Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information

Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination, report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signatures, etc.

Program Records Officer

Track and facilitate mandatory ESH training

Assist workforce with basic HR administrative tasks

Serve as primary point of contact between workforce and corporate HR

Assist workforce with basic IT support and issue resolution

Assist workforce with basic Security clearance requirements

Perform new employee on-boarding tasks

Coordinate new user accounts, workstations and site access

Provide QA checks on written procedures and processes

Provide assistance with basic Space Planning tasks

Gather basic Security infraction information and provide data to Program Security Officer

Verify new employee clearance status

Submit requests for access and clearance cross-overs

Assist with badge issues and provide visitor information support as needed
