Reporting to the Pre-commissioning Lead and working in conjunction with the Mod Yard Pre/-Commissioning Managers, Site Construction Rotating Equipment Supervisors and Commissioning Supervisors, the Pre-commissioning Rotating Equipment Coordinator is accountable for the planning and oversight of all Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning activities for the LNGC facility. The Pre-commissioning Rotating Equipment Coordinator is a key member of the Pre-commissioning Leadership Team which will work together to lead a flawless project delivery with a focus on safety and meeting all targets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Define Site Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning scope with regards to module fabrication yards, construction, and commissioning.

  2. Develop detailed plans, procedures and instructions at the early stages of the project and manage the process through to implementation.

  3. Assist with the development of the detailed integrated facility Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning schedule.

  4. Refine / validate the Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning manpower estimate.

  5. Establish detailed execution strategies/plans for Unit Pre-Commissioning:

a. Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning program, including involvement in motor bump and runs, Lube Oil flushes, Motor alignments etc.

  1. Coordination of Rotating Equipment Contractors, Pre-com contractors and Vendor Representatives

  2. Assist with the creation/validation of all detailed Rotating Equipment pre-commissioning procedures.

  3. Ensure pre-commissioning Contractor personnel are in compliance with pre-commissioning test procedures across all disciplines.

  4. Ensure all pre-commissioning ITRs are properly completed in a timely manner and promptly returned to the Turnover team.

  5. Excellent understanding of LOTO, Permit to Work and site safety requirements during the energized testing in the pre-commissioning phase.

  6. Develop and issue Notice of Energization as required prior to the start of energized pre-commissioning activities.

  7. Develop and Issue Notice of Inspection as require prior to the star of Pre-Commissioning activities.

  8. Strong awareness of the Prime Contract

  9. Support the Turnover Leads in defining field protocols for the Turnover process.

  10. Scope definition, evaluation, selection, contract development and management of Mechanical contractors utilized for executing completions activities and in support of pre-commissioning activities.

  11. Other duties as assigned.

• Communicating and interacting with employees at all working and management levels.

• Effective management of large volumes of data and documentation.
