The Executive Services Manager will be an integral part of the Executive Compensation team, reporting to the Dir II, Executive Compensation.

Primary responsibilities include:

•Serves as a primary point of contact for executives on inquiries related to compensation and benefits; directly responds to general questions and solves basic issues or on complex matters directs questions to the appropriate expert for responses or resolution

•Coordinate all executive separation & release agreements and long term incentive agreements; coordinate all individual meetings with executives on their separation; will lead the separation meeting with non-officer executives

•Process executive severance payments and manage tracking and reports for accounting department

•Manage executive FDEE business consulting agreements end-to-end

•Contribute to accounting reports on executive payments

•Manage executive financial and physical allowances tracking and payments

•Manage Cooper Clinic relationship and Section 16 physical payments and tracking

•Track planned executive hires and terminations through HRBP discussions and creating monthly updates for senior leadership

•Maintain a tracking log of executive activity; new hires, promotions, transfers and separations

•Provide support for the implementation steps for new hire and promotions to executive

•Other executive compensation department support as needed
