Fluor Clerk II in Honolulu, Hawaii
This position provides a variety of clerical duties in a team environment. Working under the supervision of a manager or team, this role will perform essential job duties and functions as assigned.
•Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, event planning, and support services
•Assist in developing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and email
•Perform tasks on standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, scanners, and shredders
•Support activities between departments, disciplines, and outside representatives for the purposes of improving work flow
•Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
•Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
•Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
•Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
•Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
•Other duties as assigned
