Job Description:

This role is responsible for the supporting the effectiveness of the Mission Solutions Compliance and Ethics program as it relates to training, certification, communication, case management, vendor relations, third party due diligence, and general support. This position directly supports the Mission Solutions Compliance Officer, providing compliance consultation and administering ongoing compliance and risk assessments and audits. This requires skills and knowledge to handle the challenges of compliance activities for the company, business group, and business lines, including complex, often times privileged investigations of alleged violations of applicable standards, litigation support, and expert level analysis. . This role may perform periodic audits and reviews of business practices and internal controls for both the operational functions and the overall business ethics and conduct program.

• Reporting to the Mission Solutions Compliance Officer serve as an advisor providing guidance on all compliance matters; assist in preventing, detecting, and investigating misconduct

• Provide support for the management of the Company's or a business unit’s Compliance and Ethics hotline/process including review of all case issues in the Case Management

• Conduct training and communication risk assessment on topics covered in the Fluor Code of Conduct and/or business unit plan and develop and implement risk based curricula and content based upon this assessment

• Support respective Compliance and Ethics team with additional presentations, document revisions and distribution, proper posting (e.g., Codes of Conduct, Hotline Posters, etc.)

• Coordinate and interface with internal and external organizations

• Provide compliance guidance on company practices and procedures

• Collaborate with the Law Department with the case management of employee concerns/complaints to ensure timely investigation, disposition, and identification of potential violations requiring disclosure to governing bodies

• Support the development and delivery of compliance training

• Other duties as assigned by the Mission Solutions Compliance Officer.
