Job Description:

This position conducts work directly related to management or general business operations SPECIFICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH US GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS AND PROCEDURES/PRACTICES DESIGNED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH US GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS. The work requires advanced knowledge gained from a prolonged course of specialized instruction, experience, and/or expertise. The position includes work requiring the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Scope

This position assists in maintaining an effective US GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS-RELATED compliance and ethics program. This entails documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes, assistance with and awareness of training and related communications, and assistance with and documentation of independent internal reviews.
