Fluor Gliwice is part of the Fluor Corporation based in the USA, a provider of professional and technical solutions in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

Fluor in Gliwice operates under the Urban Solutions and Energy Solutions business lines. We have extensive experience, particular in the implementation of investment projects for segments such as:

  • Life Sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology)

  • Advanced Technologies (battery industry, database centers)

  • Chemicals (chemistry, petrochemistry, refineries).

For our project site in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, we are currently looking for a Site Security Manager to support our project team for the next two years as of now.

Site Security Manager

Location: Germany, Heide (on site)

The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property at a construction site. They play a crucial role in implementing security protocols, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

Your tasks:

• Implementing safety concepts

• Liaising with local security companies

• Acting as a contact person for site managers

Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.

• Manage access control systems to restrict unauthorized entry.

• Verify the identity of individuals entering the construction site.

Conducting safety inspections on the construction site
