Fluor Work Control Supervisor (Maximo) in Comayagua Honduras, Honduras

Job Description:

Provides specialized support and coordination to the Work Control function. Evaluates and prioritizes work orders, service and maintenance requests and assigns to work teams in accordance with applicable guidelines and situational awareness. Develops an accurate work schedule and utilizes work control

methods that support operational effectiveness. Communicates schedule updates with functional leaders as necessary. Monitors actual performance against plan and evaluates variances; adjusts schedule and operations as necessary, communicates changes and proposed mitigation plans to functional leads and site management. May provide guidance and direction to less experienced personnel. Coordinates work plan with other ongoing site activity, materials and personnel availability, and changing operational

priorities; revises work plan and communicates updates as appropriate. Provides planning, scheduling and control recommendations and support to operational leadership. May lead initiatives or informal work teams as directed by management.


As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.


Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.

To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
