Fluor Security Specialist in Bagram, Afghanistan
Provides security services as assigned, including operational security and general asset protection for the
company. Assets include financial items, accounts receivable, physical property, intellectual property,
proprietary information and claims or rights of action, among others. Supports force protection operations
and personnel security as assigned. Assists with investigations and Company response for violations of
company ethics policy, both inside and outside the enterprise, to include dishonesty, fraud and conflict of
interest, and other issues related to workplace violence and other prohibited activity. May support
management in assessment and recommendations concerning security training, security awareness,
residential security, office and project security, airport security, vehicular movement and route selection,
counter surveillance and threat assessments in overseas location. Provides support to corporate crisis
management program and business continuity operations as assigned.
As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with
the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to
project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.
To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will
possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as
necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
