Job Description:
This position is located in the Ascension Island
Provides a variety of functional, technical and administrative Document Data Management services as
assigned. Compiles and maintains control records to reflect status of all client records, both active and
obsolete. Routes documents, data and electronic files as required. Maintains security, accuracy and
retention of project records as required to comply with contractual, client and company requirements.
Monitors work flows and expedites priorities for various departments. May provide task-level guidance to
less experienced DDM personnel. Ensures that documents are imaged and retained according to strict
guidelines. Maintains project and site documents and supports RFIs for audits and internal checks as
assigned by management.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with
the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.
TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.
To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will
possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as
necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
